Directions To Our Condo Hotels

If you ordered transportation service, a uniformed driver will be waiting for you with our Condohotel logo and your name on a sign board. Our transportation company offers a really good service and the drivers usually are there before pick-up time, but just in case something unexpected happens, please wait for them 20 minutes. If nobody shows up to pick you up, take a regular taxi. The rates to Playa del Carmen are regulated at $85.00 dollars and let us know what the problem was when you arrived to our office. Please review all the dates and times above and if you find any mistake, let us know as soon as possible so we can correct it right away.

In case you are using a rental car, take Highway 307 to Playa del Carmen, make a left onto AVIENDA CONSTITUYENTES (major intersection) heading towards the ocean you will pass a sculpture of a large mayan head (this is 5th ave) go one more block and make your next right onto 1st ave (Primera Avenida Norte) (If you miss this right turn, you will come to a dead end at the beach). Porto Playa Condo Hotel is located one block on your rightside (corner of 1st Ave and Calle 16). Address: Primera Av Norte and Calle 16 - 1st Ave North and 16th Street.

You can take a bus to Playa del Carmen from the Cancun Airport. Buses run every hour from 9am to 10pm and leave from the main terminal. Once you arrive at the Playa del Carmen bus terminal, you will have to take a taxi to get to our condos (about 1 mile away). Give the taxi driver the address listed above for the Porto Playa Condo Hotel.

The main office/front desk to all of our properties is located at the Porto Playa Condo Hotel and is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is where you will check in. Check in time is at 3:00pm. Check out time is at 12:00 pm. If your plane is leaving later in the day, once you arrive inquire at the front desk about a late check out. If the unit is reserved on your check out date, you can leave your luggage in our office while you wait to go back to the airport.
